Return Policy

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. If you have made an online purchase on store.smokem.ca and wish to return an item, please see our Online Return Policy below.

Return with a Receipt

An original receipt is requested for all exchanges or returns. Within 30 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange or return can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

• All refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase
• You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for all return or exchange transactions

Return with a Gift Receipt

Returns using a gift receipt will be applied to a Smoke 'Em Diesel Retail Store Merchandise Credit. The gift receipt will help us determine the price your gift giver paid.

• A gift receipt is documentation of the purchase only, and is not considered an original receipt
• You will be required to provide your name, telephone number and postal code for the transaction

Return without a Receipt

If you wish to make a return and have lost your receipt:

• Merchandise will be returned based on the lowest price the item was offered for sale within the 60 days preceding the return
• The refund will be applied to a Smokem 'Em Diesel Store Merchandise Credit
• If the amount of the return is less than $5.00, cash will be refunded
• Items must be unused and unworn and in their original packaging
• Government issued picture ID required

Multiple Item Discount Returns

When a regular priced item purchased during a "Buy One, Get One" event is returned, the discount on the second item is forfeited. The second item may be repurchased at the current selling price or both items can be returned for a full refund.

Warranty Returns

All product warranties are from the product manufacturers. Smoke 'Em Diesel does not express or imply any warranty. All product manufacturer warranty claims must be performed by the customer through the product manufacturer.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. After making a purchase, if you have a balance remaining in credit - unless it is $5.00 or less - we will re-issue the balance on a new gift certificate.
